Tuition

Tuition is $9,000 per year, plus a non-refundable annual commitment fee of $500.

A non-refundable commitment fee of $500, due June 1st each year, secures a trainee’s spot in the core training course for the coming academic year. Thereafter all tuition fees are rated on an individual basis depending on the amount of time in study during any given academic year.

Some trainees spend longer than three years in the training course; this generally happens either because the trainee has arranged to attend the course one or two days a week, rather than the full three, or because the trainee needs to take a leave of absence. In these cases, trainees only pay three commitment fees (i.e., if a trainee continues into a fourth year, no commitment fee is required.)

Pro-rated Tuition

Most trainees are juggling work and family responsibilities along with the training. In some cases, the only way that a trainee can join the program is by attending one or two days a week, rather than the full three days. In such circumstances, the total calendar time spent in the training is longer (for example, the 1600 hours of training may be spread out over four years rather than three), and tuition is pro-rated proportional to attendance.

Tuition Payment Plans

Tuition can be paid for the whole year in advance, or in three equal installments of $3000. If paying in installments, payments are due:

• August 1st – $3,000 installment due

• December 1st – $3,000 installment due

• March 1st – $3,000 installment due

• June 1st – $500 commitment fee due
